The only thing that can save the world is kindness. A nice stranger helped a dying owner spend her last few months with her cherished pet. The man had to go roughly a thousand kilometers to bring the beautiful dog to the terminally ill woman, to provide her a beam of sunshine and a sliver of happiness.
Given that he has never met this woman before, he is truly being kind by making this gift. Let’s populate the earth with as many of these types of people as we can.
The Burnsville resident made the decision to travel to Washington with her pet dog to spend her final days at the home of her closest friend after learning that she had terminal cancer and just a few months to live. She merely wanted to enjoy her little time peacefully and with those she loved. Her plans, however, were derailed when she discovered she would not be allowed to bring her dog with her since the airlines would not transport her dog owing to respiratory issues.
The distraught woman was left with no choice but to give Bailey over to the veterinary facility, where she was given the assurance that a solution would be found and her dog would be returned.
The clinic, therefore, informed the neighborhood rescue facility about the woman’s situation. Ryan and Shakopee, the puppy’s foster parents, had to care for her while the rescue organization sought a solution.
Ryan made the choice to take the dog to Washington so they could talk to the depressed person in person. It took about 27 hours to travel there, but it was well worth it for such a fantastic exercise. The news that the two will be together made Ryan ecstatic. Bailey was a wonderful passenger and travel companion.
He was in the hospital at the time, caring for Bailey’s sick owner, so he was unable to see their touching reunion. However, he was grateful for the chance to help the dying widow, who was grateful for the chance to spend her final months with her cherished pet.
