The pride and joy of Annie Jacob are handsome six-year-old Paddington the Shar-pei and his cuddly three-year-old cat Butler. Annie has amassed 92,000 followers on Instagram since she began posting pictures and videos of her pets cuddling up to one another.
“I believe their easy friendship is what has made them so famous,” Annie added.
“I’d have to say that it’s the emotions they arouse in people.”
Friends frequently tag each other in posts with comments on how the content brings back memories or situations for them.
“We occasionally get messages from people expressing that Paddington & Butler help them feel a little better after having a difficult day.”

Sailor the British blue and London the Scottish are two additional cats owned by Annie from Tasmania, Australia, who also owns them and posts artistic photos of them with thousands of followers.
Butler was from a less fortunate background on a farm in Tasmania, while Paddington was from the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, according to Annie.
Sitting by the window and taking in the scenery is one of their favorite activities to do together.
