Announcing the cute cocker spaniel with TWO NOSES.

Jack, a four-year-old cocker spaniel with curly hair, was born with two nostrils due to a canine version of a cleft palate. When his owners Chrissie George, 32, and Colin George, 56, went to pick up the dog as a 13-week-old puppy, they immediately recognized his charming twin features.
Jack draws a lot of attention to his noses, which people say resemble a chocolate heart when he goes on walks in Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire, where his snouts are ideal for sniffing out food.

A deputy head housekeeper named Chrissie stated: “Jack was the last puppy remaining from my brother’s dog’s recent litter.

“The first thing I exclaimed when we went to see him was, ‘Wow, he’s got two noses,'” Bless him, they are so adorable. Until I saw Jack, I had no idea Jack had Jack’s condition; it is quite uncommon. Even the veterinarians were surprised at how different he looked when we brought him in.”

They performed several tests to ensure that his mouth was formed properly because it is a form of cleft palate, and they discovered that it is, which is fantastic.

“He attracts a lot of attention, and everyone’s first comment is to discuss his noses. Many people have commented that we resemble a heart.”

“Jack is well-known as the dog with two noses, even among the staff at our dog groomers. He doesn’t experience any problems as a result; in fact, he has an excellent sense of smell. We put him to the test on a regular basis by hiding his rewards and having him search for them.”

Jack has two nostrils that are nearly identical to one another because of a congenital abnormality called a split nose.

Since Chrissie and Colin had always wanted a dog, the timing was ideal when they learned about the litter shortly after buying their first house.

Chrissie encourages any other potential pet owners to not be discouraged from providing cleft palate pups with homes because the couple fell in love with Jack’s noses the moment they laid eyes on him.
