The internet’s saddest cat is becoming famous for his “99 issues,” and this animal makes you feel all the feels.

Despite his online fame, Oslo the kitty from Brooklyn, New York, USA, continues to be a depressing mog.

The 15-week-old Scottish Straight orange tabby cat with pouts has markings on his face that give him a perpetually negative expression.
Oslo’s mother Zeynep Oz, 31, has been chronicling his grievances and annoyances on Instagram under the handle oslogot99problems. Oslo looks to be pouting over the famous film Titanic in one hilarious video while complaining about the weather in another. He is a really sensitive cat, said consultant Zeynep.

“It’s amusing because occasionally I feel bad for him and wonder whether he’s got a problem that he cannot tell us. He maintains a continuously depressed and sorrowful demeanor. He resembles a puss in boots, especially at night when his pupils enlarge.”

“I adore his anxious eyes. Oslo can get anything he wants thanks to his perpetually depressed expression.”

Oslo’s veterinarian suggested that his parents open an account for the cat star because of his good looks. The vet advised opening an Instagram account to post pictures of Oslo’s endearingly sad look as soon as he saw him, according to Zeynep. So the owner decided to test it out for Oslo, which has now accumulated more than 1200 followers in just one month.

“Oslo is already well-known and popular in my neighborhood.”

Zeynep explained that the tomcat is actually lively and playful despite his glum face.

“Oslo likes people,” she continued. He never leaves us, not even for a second, no matter what we do. At home, we are unable to do anything without his unbreakable connection to us. Every time we leave the apartment, he sobs.”

He is very aware of the expressions on our faces. He is aware of our feelings of joy or sorrow. Oslo is a highly active and playful cat, just like every other kitten.

He enjoys leaping and prancing. It can be difficult to keep him still at times. When you have Oslo in your life, it is impossible to be lonely since he is so adorably soft.
