The two dogs are attached at the hip and their owners Cees Bol and Hanneke take pictures of them in a variety of cute situations.
The loving dogs have been photographed enjoying picnics in parks, playing in the snow, and on windswept beaches.
When Sophie, an English sheepdog who is now eight years old, was a puppy, Cees from Sibculo in the Netherlands adopted her. A few years later, when Sophie’s mother and father had another litter, Sarah, a five-year-old, also joined the family.
It’s nearly hard to separate the dogs, according to Cees, 48.
“They are very close friends; wherever Sophie goes, Sarah is, and the other way around. They are extremely glued to each other.”
They act like twins and do everything together, including eating, playing, and taking walks.
They do a great job of posing; Sophie will take care of everything, but Sarah needs to be given some cookies.
Sarah and Sophie accompany us on all of our outings, including day trips, vacations, and strolls through the park or along the shore.
“I adore photographing them because it’s lovely to see the dogs smiling and even better to see how much people like the images.”
