Hugs, gentle purring, and other affectionate gestures are just a few ways that pets can express their love to their humans. In general, when it comes to dogs, everything is evident. The animal’s strong tail wags and the required “hugs” are unmistakable signals that it is pleased to meet you.
However, Levi the dog went above and beyond. He developed a fairly ingenious method to express his love for his owner. In a long-ago post on one of the public Facebook groups for animal lovers, Ann Rae talked about the peculiar gifts Levi offers her when they meet after work.
For Levi, the “gift-giving game” was enjoyable. He then started giving Ann progressively more “presents.” Flowers made the most romantic present. Acting like a gentleman, the cute dog offered the lady the painstakingly grown plants from the flower bed that had been destroyed since April.
She recalls, “I give him a big hug and thank him as he brought me a winning lottery ticket.” You will occasionally run into problems.
The dog’s appreciation for its owner is obvious to everyone.
