A 2-year-old child’s skull had to be rebuilt. A dog that is an exact replica of his was handed to him.

A 2-year-old English kid named Branson Figueroa needs skull surgery as a result of severe fluid pressure on his brain. The endeavor was successful. As a way of showing their appreciation for his bravery, Branson’s parents made the decision to cheer him up by bringing him a puppy.

After one of his favorite Avengers characters, Branson gave the Boston Terrier the name Thanos. The two grew close to one another while playing tug-of-war with socks and cuddling on the carpet in their Nottingham home. But after a few days, the new pet’s parents noticed something peculiar about it.

“Thanos slept heavily and staggered slightly. The boy’s mother, 32-year-old Heather Figueroa, claimed that he occasionally collapsed while walking.

It found out that Thanos had fluid in his head, and the doctor warned the family that he would require the same treatment as their kid. This therapy involved an MRI and surgery to release the puppy’s brain pressure. Thanos’ test results were delayed because the coronavirus outbreak in the region forced the closure of local veterinary labs.

In the meantime, worried citizens started making donations specifically for Thanos’ potential treatment.

You don’t know how much this means to us, said Branson’s mother. “After our experience with Branson, we were unsure of where to look for funding for the surgery on our dog. It truly is a miracle, Heather said.
