When a man told Tarra about his neighbor’s cats that needed to be adopted last month, she was gathering some porch stones. Tarra visited the family and realized one of the cats was special. She has rescued and adopted many cats and dogs.
She was unable to stop thinking about them. When she came back, just the tiny cat with the extra toes remained; the others had all been taken. The nine-week-old cat Maxim was eager to get affection.
