Thanks to his devoted owner, an adopted fluffy cat was photographed taking a shower and getting his fur blow-dried.

Meepo, a British Longhair cat, was adopted by Mrs. Tran, a 26-year-old Vietnamese woman when he was a kitten since his previous owner was no longer able to give him the attention he required.

He has adapted well to his new home at the age of two and enjoys his daily routine of napping while lounging around and watching Mrs. Tran prepare meals and clean.
Mrs. Tran gave Meepo the moniker “water cat” after his first bath at the age of four months since he appreciated it so much.

Meepo usually gets pampered on Saturday mornings, having his nails done and getting a head massage while taking a shower.

Meepo then receives a blow dry while snuggling up to Mrs. Tran, as if that weren’t enough. The translator, Mrs. Tran, said: “We showed him around twice per month.”

“On a Saturday morning, Meepo watches me get ready for his shower as we get up early. He really enjoys it when the water flows down his chest and tail and when I massage his body, so I clip his nails and then position him in a sturdy, high location. We frequently sing, play a little bit of music, create rock star hairstyles, and experiment with new shower cap fashions.”

He also enjoys the way the dryer’s warm air feels on his fur. He enjoys eating some nibbles, drinking lots of water, and dozing off till the afternoon once his fur has dry. Meepo was adopted by Mrs. Tran in January 2016, and the two have been best friends ever since.

“A friend of mine asked if I could adopt her cat; she loved him but she couldn’t keep him,” she continued.

We decided that a young couple and a cat would make a suitable family because my husband and I didn’t have any immediate plans to raise a family. Thus, why not?

“When she had to let him go, my friend was sad, and she still remains in touch with Meepo now.”
