The owner would leave four lovely kittens at the entrance each day as she walked past. He also utterly disregarded them as he passed by them every day. They were first placed at the entrance, then chained to the bench, where they remained, cuddling up to one another for keeping the warmth.
They slept outside regardless of the weather because they were too young to understand why they should look for a more reliable shelter.
They were sometimes given access by the renters because the renters didn’t want to keep them for themselves. This went on until a homeowner noticed the kitties.
After several days of looking, a woman was able to receive temporary housing for them while she looked for owners for the cats, so as to protect them. The lives of the other cats were now in danger, though, as one cat had already passed away by this point. As a result, immediate action was required.
Before contacting sympathetic volunteers who agreed to take care of the cats, the woman first took the surviving cats to her parents.
