Cute Pepper was born with a strange ailment that causes her skin to be incredibly sensitive and flexible, blistering and tearing at the slightest contact.

Veterinarians urged distraught owner Nicola Galpin to put her dog Pepper to sleep when she was just a few weeks old due to the severity of the ailment.
However, clever Nicola discovered a way to prevent her hound’s skin from rubbing and ripping by giving her a baby grow.
She was about to give up on Pepper, her little puppy who was only seven months old and required hip surgery.
The vet urged us to put her down because she had so many tears and holes in her body, but the boy continued, “She was only a puppy and so full of love.

Pepper suffers from Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, which makes her skin particularly stretchy and prone to eczema. Dogs with the illness typically don’t make it past puppyhood, but thanks to Nicola’s baby-grow concept, Pepper is still going strong at almost two years old.
Nicola has gathered baby clothes from friends of the family who are willing to contribute their leftovers to aid tiny Pepper. The spoiled dog now has a stuffed closet with six baby clothes, two cardigans, two coats, and one Christmas sweater—all of which offer the essential warmth and protection that keep her alive.

She is completely unaware of the issue, according to Nicola. She is incredibly playful, rushes about like a crazy person, and adores her life.”
People from all around the world have joined to seek our assistance and counsel, according to Nicola.”
