The owner adopted the pet in 1988; she had no idea she would grow older than 30 and become the oldest cat in the world.

When she was 20 years old in May 1988, Michonne, the owner of the gorgeous ginger and white cat, took in the kitten. He truly was a godsend! Michonne claims that the cat has been a fantastic friend to her for all these years and is incredibly lovable and devoted.

She credits her long life to being treated “like a kid” and lavished with affection. Dr. Mendes of City Vets, who is providing him with medical attention, is also making sure he is stable and in good health. The oldest cat in the UK, Raga, is still going strong.

His condition is good. Despite the fact that Kitty is still very much alive, I don’t think we will try to break the Guinness World Record since I’m not sure he would want a lot of people to come to see him or make a big deal out of him.

He no longer wants to be bothered or given undue attention because of his elderly age. If feasible, he should be permitted to age peacefully.
