She was mistaken in thinking that she was alone as someone glanced at her. A charitable woman was seen offering a stray dog her scarf on a CCTV camera outside a café. The stray dog was curled up under the canopies in front of the cafe because she was unable to find any other places to hide.
Instead of just passing by as the other people did, the woman offered the dog something to make her life a little easier. She could not leave without doing something. We hope that she will set a positive example for everyone passing by when our little companions are in danger.
