After viewing these breathtaking images, you begin to understand the meaning of the expression “like cats and dogs.” The communication between the Gong retriever and the Ichimon kitten can only be appropriately described by the word “love.” Ichimon, a kitten, was given up for adoption by her mother just after birth.

Fortunately, she was allowed inside, and as soon as she entered, she was overcome with love. The parents’ golden retriever, Gong, who rapidly assumed the roles of her surrogate mother and best friend, won the newborn’s heart right away.

In the most compassionate and loving way imaginable, Gong served as Ichimon’s caregiver. The dog used to look after kittens, by the way. The cat thus had two pieces of good fortune: she could visit a “certified specialist” who is knowledgeable in this area. All of the kittens that retrieval dogs produced have already been adopted.

Gong searched the home for kittens because he was so missing them. He connected strongly with baby Ichimon right away. The small cat, Ichimon, and the golden retriever have grown close.
