Meet Coco, a dog that was neglected and left on a river bank. A few months later, he is barely recognizable as he recovers and then finds a forever home.

Coco may have been horribly mistreated by the neighborhood or by his alleged “owners,” who had just abandoned him and allowed him to starve.

Coco was so severely undernourished that his bones were visible through the skin.
Because Coco was struggling to survive, it was clear from his exceedingly thin frame that he hadn’t fed in a while.

Fortunately, Coco was discovered by sympathetic bystanders and transported to the DELKA Veterinary Hospital in Nuevo León, Mexico where he recovered completely.

Coco was surrounded by compassionate individuals who tried their best to assist him in adapting and feeling less anxious around strangers as he made a slower recovery.

The dog was eventually adopted by one of the men who had assisted him in his healing process.
Coco currently has a large family.

Coco is generally in good health, but he still needs to receive some shots to treat the fungal disease he has.

Despite everything, he seemed to be content in his new house.

Finally, Coco even became a member of an athletic dog club to maintain his level of fitness while creating new and joyful memories with his family.
