A year after the woman won the beauty contest, her husband left her because of her weight

Alvina Rein’s relationship with her husband was getting worse every year. In order to cope with home stress, she ate high-calorie foods. Due to her excess weight, her husband increasingly reproached her.

One day, tensions grew, and the man left. In Alvina’s position, others would have been upset and engaged in soul-searching. She gathered her willpower, went into sports, and won the beauty contest a year later. Rein’s life started changing a few years ago, when family contradictions reached a critical point. Her marriage was not easy from the very beginning. A constant appeal to fast food was Alvina’s way of reducing stress. Food quickly affected weight, further aggravating the family’s situation. It was only a matter of time before the final point was reached. Rein weighed 124 kilograms when her husband left.

It’s interesting to note that the woman was afraid of what would happen if the relationship ended. As the man left, the level of stress fell. Alvina began to change herself after that. Her eating habits were revised, she gave up junk food and fatty foods, and she began exercising regularly. Initially, the classes were especially difficult, but after six months, even without weights, the difference was noticeable. Afterwards, Alvina revealed in her posts that she realized how burdensome her previous relationship had been only after its breakup. Rein was unrecognizable a year after starting a new life. Having lost over 60 kilos, she decided to enter a beauty pageant to prove how intrinsically motivated she is.

Her participation in it was initially viewed as a way to prove to herself that she wasn’t the same Alvina from the past. She was surprised to find herself on the shortlist and then a finalist. Parallel to this, Rain became a fitness instructor in order to help women like her find themselves. There is only one way the woman remembers her ex-husband now. Without past stress, she wouldn’t be Rein today, she said.
