A memorable aspect of Whoopi Goldberg’s appearance is the absence of eyebrows. The reason why their favorite actress doesn’t have eyebrows has always puzzled fans, some even thought it was a disease, but it was much simpler than that.
“This is not a characteristic of my body nor a disease. “I’ve always plucked my eyebrows completely, and it’s a habit I’ve had since childhood,” said the actress.
When Goldberg was little, she had small bumps on her eyebrows, which her mother shaved off during treatment, and then she began to shave them off herself.
The actress realized later that this was her “highlight”. She didn’t want to change anything because of that. Many people don’t even notice that I don’t have eyebrows. In an interview, Whoopi Goldberg joked about her ex-husband.
