In some ways, Georgina Rodriguez and Cristiano Ronaldo’s love story is similar to Cinderella’s.
During his lifetime, he became a legend as one of the most famous football players in the world. In reality, the lovers had to overcome several crises along the way, contrary to the idyllic picture. In a documentary project about her life, Georgina spoke about one of these. A stroke suffered by Rodriguez’s father, who was in prison, almost caused the gap to become permanent. As a young child, Georgina’s relationship with her father was extremely difficult because he traveled to places that weren’t so remote.
Rodriguez, however, was unsettled by the news that her father’s life was on the line. “I was extremely sad for a while. I just stopped living. Rodriguez recalled Cristiano playing too many games. Their romance could have ended even then, according to the chosen one of the football player. A few months later, they met by chance at one of the events. He invited me to dinner after we bumped into each other. “I realized then that this was my chance,” Georgina said.
Despite her happiness, Rodriguez does not hide the fact that she had to go through a lot on her own. “I know what it is like to have nothing.
