The woman broke all the stereotypes about beauty and age by becoming a model at the age of 68

There is something fascinating and terrifying about the fashion and beauty industry.

Even if we don’t want it, it affects our lives. There is no escape from it. Aging cannot be escaped either. There is a complicated relationship between beauty and aging. There are times, however, when they work well together. Rosa, a Brazilian artist better known as Setsuko Saito, is a striking example. As a 68-year-old model, she challenged preconceived notions about beauty and aging. She has always had good taste and a sense of beauty, and her childhood was filled with creativity. Singing, drawing, and poetry were among her hobbies.

A career in the arts, however, was out of reach for Rosa. After taking care of her mother, who was bedridden, she raised three children on her own. In order to devote the majority of her time to her children and gardening, the woman put all her dreams on hold. Rosa’s life seemed unlikely to change dramatically as the years passed, but one day she was approached about becoming a model.

It was done twice by Mega modeling agency representatives and once by a photographer. Rosa recalls thinking about their proposals for a year before deciding to try myself as a model. The fact that Rosa had little knowledge of the industry in which she was offered a job did not deter her. She has been a successful model for several years as a result of finding her calling. She often shoots for magazines and participates in fashion shows. Rosa takes care of her skin and engages in sports to keep herself looking good. As part of her beauty, the woman also takes care of her spirituality and mental health.

As a woman, I would certainly like to change something about myself. We all want it sometimes. However, I believe that the content is more important than the packaging.” Rosa confessed. Rosa does not like any standard of beauty, past or present. Nevertheless, she believes that sooner or later, everything will improve in the fashion industry.
